Noel Sylvester is National Claims Manager at Heartland Crop Insurance.
Noel joined Heartland Crop Insurance in 2009, as National Claims Manager. Noel oversees all HCI field and office claims staff, to ensure all customers receive the very best claims service possible.
Prior to joining HCI, Noel worked for Producers Ag Insurance Company; where he served as the Central Plains Regional Claims Manager. Noel brings a wealth of Crop Insurance industry experience, including holding the positions of National Claims Manager for Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co, Regional Manager for American Farm Bureau Insurance Services, Crop Claims Manager for Farm Bureau Mutual of Kansas, and held various adjuster roles. |
| Noel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Kansas State University (KS). Noel and his wife Barbara have three wonderful children. Noel’s passions in his free time include golfing, grilling, and any kind of outdoor activity. |
