Trent Nauholz
VP-COO
Trent Nauholz is Chief Operations Officer at Heartland Crop Insurance (HCI). Trent joined Heartland Crop Insurance in 2003 as a System Analyst, working to monitor and resolve data quality, and programming issues. In 2009, he was appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer, and now oversees the day-to-day business operations at HCI.
Prior to joining HCI, Trent spent 10 years working for Rain and Hail Insurance. Trent started as a claims and quality control auditor, and eventually made his way into the Information Technology department, as a programmer analyst. At the end of his tenure at Rain and Hail, Trent served as Senior Analyst in charge of the MPCI mainframe programming team. Trent earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Marketing and German from Simpson College (IA). Trent and his wife Hilary have two wonderful daughters. |
